  Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare ... vad folk säger » afternoon. - An excellent service from the staff( tour desk and spa included) very well placed ,nearby the beach , atbthe side of the biggest mall , into the shopping area and the main street of Patong.the restaurant is good.

  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I like the first room upstairs beside the pool. Very quiet and relaxing - The location is excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.   Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business. The complementary taxi service to and from Phuket centre makes life easier. The breakfast was made fresh. - The people who run the establishment are friendly and accomodating.
