  The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once. Good value for it's money. - 1) The view of the sea. 2) Affordable. 3) Prompt house-keeping 4) Wi-fi ready 5) Location is awesome as it is just by the patong beach.

  Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

  The Guest House is well managed and the owner is very friendly. The receptionist, Ning, is an all rounder, she can book any tour and arrange transport to where ever. She is exceptionally friendly and efficient. We were impressed and extended our stay. Very near the beach.   I LOVE that its so near to the shopping mall: Jungceylon about ten minutes walk. And its SOOOO near to the beach, bars, restaurants and street vendors.
