  The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was okay but the ommelette was delicious. Nice rooftop pool with cozy lounge chair, fast check in and check out. The shuttle service was a bonus. Maintenance was good as our bathtub got some - The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend it to anyone which prefer a quite and comfortable staying envir

  Location of the hotel is perfect, only minutes away from the buzzling bar/restaurant areas but also in a quiet part of Patong beach. Has easy access to the beach. Hotel restaurants provide fairly valued lunch/dinner options. Rooms are clean and in good size. Pool area is surrounded by trees and provides a relaxed area.   the location of hotel down small street is excellent with adjacent massage place, laundry and restaurants all recommended. short walk to beach down lane (and through peoples properties) which felt very safe even at night. stayed in duplex family room which were large and clean. 1 room did smell a bit musty at first but the smell went after a coupl... vad folk säger » e of days. didnt have too many problems with noise from adjoining properties or rooms. found bed and pillows comfortable. breakfast is good with a lar - Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

  The staff were superb. From housekeeping to the manager, everyone took the time to greet us with a smile and say hello. The bar staff are also excellent and the cocktails are great value for money (5 for 500 baht).   Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand).   I have stayed at this hotel earlier for a company seminar and returned to stay there again with my wife as this hotel is very well located very close to the Patong Beach and right next to Jungceylon Shopping Center. And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in.
