  Location - 5 mins to Koh San Road - and far enough away from late night music. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Overall a very nice hotel for the price and highly recommended. - Everything! The staff are excellent! We have stayed here twice now and would stay again.

  Great staff, pool and lounge area next to pool was amazing. Great cocktails from the bar in the pool area too. Couples spa package was incredible. Sushi downstairs was great!   The staff were always smiling and very gracious to us, they opened all the doors for us like royalty! I was especially impressed with the bellhop who brought our bags up into the room and walked us through all the amenities in the room, this rarely ever happens! LIT Hotel is a 5 min walk away from National Stadium BTS and the same time away from MBK shopping centre, it is very con - The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

  1) I recalled staying in ahb 10 years ago. I read of scary review about the room after booking. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the space and well kept room given to us upon our request. Front desk staff speak English, Bell boys could speak English and are helpful- E - Airconditioning is exceptional. Hotel is right next to a skytrain station (Ratchathewi) which means you can go door-to-door from Suvarnabuhmi airport by train if you wish (interchange at Phaya Thai), total 60-70THB. There is a 7-11 a hundred metres from the entrance if you need supplies (cheap beer. 5th floor pool is great. Room size is adequate. Multiple restuarants to choose from within the hotel.

  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road.   Loved everthing about Grand diamond. From the time we arriived at reception and the door boy. Breakfast was good, so much food. Service was excellent. Staff was attendtive and happy. The location was perfect for our stop over. Shopping mall was right next door. Siam and mbk was a walk away. The suite was equiped with microwave and fridge. Bath tub... vad folk säger » was big and hot water was perfect after a big day shopping in town.this is not our first time in thailand, and travel quite alot, I would recommend G - I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

  My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Even taking a taxi to the airport is not expensive. The male staff members are much more friendlier than the female staff. The male staff at the entrance are very h... vad folk säger » elpful. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.
