We stayed three nights at Praya
Palazzo and were very happy with our choice. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Our deluxe room was first class comfort. The hotel faced the river and we enjoyed sitting at the pool or having breakfast watching life on the river pass by. When we go back to Bangkok we will definitely stay there again.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Wonderful oasis, close to the Grand Palace overlooking the busy river. Characterful cheaper rooms with complimentary water and teas/coffees on a table outside, nice touch. The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -
