The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.

Hotel is amazing. Room is so comfortable,clean, wifi free and high speed. I love the gym and their swimming pool. Crave restaurant had good selection of wines, staff friendly as well.

I travel to Thailand alot as it is one of my favourite destinations. I tend to stay in Soi 11 and this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Location is great. very close to Nana station and close to everything. delicious breakfast, good service, fully functional kitchen, good pool,helpful staff, etc. - Everithing was perfect - location, staff, breakfast, pool, sauna. All facilities and rooms were new and excellent. The price was good too. I recommend it.
