Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

We stayed in a Superior Double which was large and nicely decorated with
modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient.
The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).

The driver from the BKK airport found the hotel very quickly, so it took us about 30 minutes to get there. Check in on the 17th floor also was very quick (as well as check-out three days later). Room was spacious, with TV in every room, Apple TV, and various other gadgets, but without a Thai charm of other hotels. Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable, we even managed to watch an online film in our native language, as there was no Russian language TV channel in the list of hotel TV channels. Break

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction. We payed for the club level and were a little disappointed with the view from the room.

- Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk)
- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city
- 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking
- Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills
- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating
- Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities
- Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed
