The design was very nice.
Price was very low, compared to the location and facilities.
Very friendly and funny staff.
In the middle of old town Phuket, so excellent for exploring this not so touristic part of Phuket. Especially if you like architecture, design, live music and good food. -

Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee! Usually, you are served instant coffe in hotels in Thailand), which was served at the uppermost floor with roof terrace; good location

Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

It is a good place, to be in Phuket for a short time. Hotel good, clean big room, breakfest appropriate. I not recommend to these whose can spend the time at the beach because it is far away.

The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.
