THE LOCATION Of this hotel is very good 2 mins to bts . 10 mins to shopping mall Mbk . The staff is nice n attended to my needs within 15 mins time frame .they been helpful in giving out directions as well as help me get a taxi to airport on my last day . Excellent location, skytrain stop in front of the entrance of the hotel. Staff very helpful and the room was very clean and very quiet. Biggest commercial centers of Bkk (siam discovery, siam center, paragon and mbk) at walking distance.. Certainly highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -
Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design.

This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony.
Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff. The pool is huge and not to deep so

The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. Staff are helpful

Rooms were a fairly good size. There was a queen sized bed and enough room to accommodate another queen sized bed.
It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across.
Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel.
7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel.
Most of the reception staff were very helpful except for one particular male staff (see below).

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

For the value of money its a nice pretty friendly hotel i even had a special room with a special meaning on the 7 floor. Its not a very big room but everything i needed was there.Even the food was nice.And staff very helpfull. -
