We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem -
The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

Laget, service. frukostbuffe - Well located right in the heart of China Town and only 10 minutes walk to the river where you can catch the ferry to see the cities attractions. The room safe was very large to put all your valuables. Stay on the higher floors for a great view of the city. - We liked everything about the hotel, i have not one bad word

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

We stayed in a Superior Double which was large and nicely decorated with
modern décor. Hotel staff were very friendly and check-in was efficient.
The hotel is well located with direct access to the MBK shopping centre and the Siam Paragon complex is located across the road.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

I love the staff at this place. They're so nice, from the doormen to the desk staff and the cleaning staff. My partner and I always felt very welcome here, which is nice because some places make us feel unwelcome because we're a same-sex couple. Also, the internet connection here is quite good - much better than at the Tawana Hotel across the street, where we used to stay.

This hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Skytrain and to the Express boats to get to the Royal Palace and other city centre sites. A night market is also close by.

It is very convenient to take Sky train and ferry to airport, shopping center and the sightseeing places, like the Grand Palace. Only about 5 minutes walking way on feet. There is a food center close to the hotel, very tasty local foods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Got upgrade superior room, moden bathroom, queen size bed, value of money. Will stay in Bossotel next time.

the Horizon Club and appreciated the extra benefits it offered. This
includes a top 3 floor position and view of the river, and all day
snacks and non alcoholic and the happy hour each night. It is placed in
the luxury price bracket, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. -

Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). Very close to the BTS and MRT stations. Japanese area nearby and at night the street market and street food vendors would start their business.
