the interior design of Sofitel So Bangkok is amazing, and i am impressed by the five Oriental elements that applied in the design. it is so inspiring and hip. The Staff is so attentive and accommodating, as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel. they even offer me a hotel tour, which is fab. i really enjoy the stay there in Sofitel So. -

Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent.
the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly. No one can do enough for you. The gym is full sized the pool enormous and everything seems brand new. I cannot praise it enough as you can see. Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. - It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.

I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.
