  Environment was good. We felt as if we are at home. 2 out of 3 Reception staff was very cooperating. Our suite was very spacious and kids had enough space to enjoy themselves, room was cleaned daily.   Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies. After speaking to the manager (by this time it was 1am so credit to him for calling me back) I was upgraded - I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the street and enter the other building and go up to the 9th floor. The breakfast is good for the price.

  The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor walking in heat/humidity. The comfort of the room, the fantastic view (I was on 26th floor) the furnishings and space in the room(very pleasant) these were all great. I had a very quick check-in - no problem using letsbookhotel.com to make the reservat - Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous. Night lights were impressive. Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you. No noise in rooms at all, very quiet. It felt very luxurious to stay there.

  Location, the room was great, nicely decorated and well equipped with good view. Water and complimentary bathroom items were very useful. Staff polite and upon checkin offered popcorn, cookies and drink, which was very nice after a long journey. The room was therefore very quiet except in the morning, there was BTS trains passed by, it caused a little noisy. The bed was really big, three people slept in a bed will not feel uncomfortable.

  The locations and the facilities are really the best about this hotel. Easy to get a taxi or bts for everywhere you want to go. For going back also is easy to find a taxi who deal to take you there and this is really important in Bangkok cause if you are in Bangkok for the first time you should to know, not always the taxi bring you where you want... vad folk säger » to go. They just choose where they want to deal taking you or not. Always because the traffic jam. The staffs are very kind and helpful. It's a fair - The staff was ready to face off our requests and to help us solve problems. The hotel is in the best position to visit the city because it's really near the skytrain. There are also 2 minimart in the surroundings and a travel agency just in front of the entrance. That's all you need for your stay in Bangkok. It's the second time for us to stay in this hotel and we enjoy it becuase it's really cheap for his category and position.

  Everything about that hotel is just perfect. One of the best hotels Ihave stayed in for almost 10 years of my traveling worldwide - Great hotel - everything was simply great. Perfect location, beautiful room and friendly staff. Will definately stay again!
