The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was contemporary and stylish and felt quite luxurious. You really get your money's worth! I liked the breakfast buffet which consisted of thai and international cuisine. I also like their swimming pool, the bathroom in their room, their constant replenish of drinking water in your room, the small details are just great!

Friendly and helpful Staff - Very prompt in replying to queries, troubleshoot issues, booking of taxi for guest.
Spacious - great for families or group of friends. Big Living Room with huge sofas and large TV.
Fully equipped Kitchen - microwave, fridge, full sets of utensils, cutlery. Everything is clean and neat.

Staff was friendly and helpful..they always went the extra mile -the
best, close to sky train, nice and quiet location, fast WiFi in big
spacious room. I would suggest to always book a taxi through hotel
reception because they only use meter taxis and drivers who actualy
bother to switch the meter on. 99 percent of the taxis dont bother to
switch it on and do u in. A trip with a taxi using the meter from Abloom
to international departures at the airport should cost u about 180 baht.

I thought the staff at reception were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The spa experience was wonderful. A private tour was very good. Buffet dinner provided variety and was delicious. -
The staff were very nice indeed. We got there at 6am and they let us check in early. It was very clean and comfortable.

Very great staff! I booked this hotel as the first stop of honeymoon in Thailand, and when we arrived here we found that they upgraded our room for free. Honestly, you'll always enjoy the service with smile right here, which also did impress us a lot.
The location here is great as well. It will take you only 10 minutes to walk to the metro statio

Best all round hotel I have stayed in Bangkok having being to the city a
couple of times. For just a few hundred bahts more than the average budget-
hotel, this standard 3-star hotel offers much more luxury. It makes
budget hotel price seem over rated.
Clean room, quality bed and quilt (not blanket), and toilet that one would expect from a branded hotel chain. Super helpful and friendly hotel staff who remembers their guests on extended stay.
