Very nice standard room for reasonable price,the room was well-cleaned by the time I came from the beach or tours in the afternoon.Very tropical to have mango tree just under my balcony.I was given teapot and cup by my request.It was nice of the reception staff to offer one night stay in another new hotel Poolswatt also on Lamai closer to the bay

I stayed in one of the 2 sea view rooms which was very spacious, perfectly clean and nice. Comfortable bathroom. Very friendly&helpful manager. Wifi worked in the room. Though I walked to Lamai center, a scooter is easier. There are nice (hotel) restaurants nearby. If you like the peace and quiet part of the beach a nice place for a good pric

Price, room size and cleanest, hi-speed Internet, It is slightly on the side of Lamai but you can rent a motorbike as we did. It is Quite place. Friendly owner. If you chose to stay there is better to let the owner about the arrival time.

The location was good, only a short walk to the beach and the main bar restaurant area of Lamai. Staff especially the cleaning staff were really friendly and room got made-up every day.
