  This place is awesome, we stayed at a number of resorts are Koh Samui (including The Library which is 5* design hotel) and the Beach Republic is definitely up there. Super quick check in, got upgraded to a suite which was really nice and spacious and then last night was upgraded again to a private pool villa, so much fun having your own pool. Other reviews have said the food is expensive, but when you see what you get - We were supposed to stay only for 2 nights, but ended up staying there for 6. The villa is amazing, the private pool, lounge area, kitchen it was all great. It really gives you the island feeling. The staff were exceptional alway ready to help. The beach club was great too, and the food at their restaurant was also very good.the house keeping even remember which of the bed you sleep on. I highly recommend this place. It added so much to our trip.

  The hotel is beautiful, and staff top notch. The attention to detail and special touches at every turn were outstanding. The pillows and bed were the most comfortable I have slept on in Thailand, I was ill for a day upon arrival,and spent the better part of a day in bed. You cannot believe how they pampered me.   Such a superb stay here. The place is very clean with an excellent pool and very chilled atmosphere. Angus and his family will help you with anything. I would recommend this place to anyone.
