Really friendly bar staff, great drinks. Very helpful reception staff. Relaxing environment contributed to an awesome stay!! Will be back next time we visit Koh Samui :)

Breakfast buffet cleanliness - flies and ants on some of the trays. This could easily be sorted however.

The friendliness of the staff, especially Noi and the bar attendants. The proximity of the beach and related activities.

Hotel is very convenient and clean, 25min away from busy Chaweng and has excellent value for money. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the fact that we had our room on top floor and it wasn't mentioned that there is no elevator.

The rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday we were there. The staff were fantastic an so friendly. The food was beautiful and a great selection at breakfast. Overall it is a great hotel an i would love to go back some day.

Great staff with good English. Super comfortable room with excellent breakfast buffet. The pool is very clean. And surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and message shops. 30 minutes away from the pier.

The private beach outside the hotel has tough sand, not suitable for walking without shoes. Shower temperature is not stable.

The staff was very polite. When I arrived my room had an unusual odor. They changed my room right away without question. I had a very nice 4th floor with spectacular views. Tor at the poolside bar/restaurant was always so friendly and informative. there was always a smile along with most of the other staff. If I needed anything it was a phone call away. The gym was ok', at least for a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical. Great supply of free weights.

The beach is a little disappointing, the sharp rocks make it difficult to go swim. BUT, there is another beach only 10 minute walk away and had no problems there. The pool was fine but as an athlete I need more area to swim. Honestly, the food was ok, breakfast was good just the same stuff everyday. Wish they offered more veggies and less fried stuff. But thats just me. Spent a lot of time at Spa Samui restaurant which is more my guideline for food.

VERY friendly and helpful staff, nice pool area. Clean and well organized.

Close to the main road, you should expect some noise from running traffic. However, some double rooms and all villas are more protected/isolated from this noise.

Good location, away from the hustle n bustle of Chaweng, yet near to the other nature hotspots. The double bed was probably the biggest that we have seen so far!! Being bang on the beach was a great advantage...The facility was quite decent overall.

Doesnt feel 4/5 star property due to bad linen quality, frequent prodding to housekeeping and no lift! The front desk staff was quite clueless and one particular female (short with a pout) was quite rude! The buffet was mediocore at best.

The welcome drink and cold towel in the hot afternoon was refreshing. The room is modern, big bed and very clean. The place is peaceful and relaxing.

Need to walk up the stairs to the room.

It's not often a hotel turns out to exceed the pictures and discription , excellent hotel

The sea didnt seem clean enough to swim in

Nice room- booked sea view. Free Internet. Clean and modern. Booked dinner on one of the nights. They had a group function in bar therefore the staff set a table with canopy on beach.

Some difficulty communicating with some of the staff. Mix up with taxi the day we were leaving and check out process was slow.

The staff were really amazing, and responded with incredible support to a family issue.

The place is beautiful, quiet and peacfull. location is good, not far from the center and good local restaurants are nearby. The stuff were polite and very nice!

The facilities should take better care of. We had to move 3 rooms because of the air conditioner but must say the rooms are very nice

Very good hotel with a modern design and nice facilities (pool, fitness, bar, restaurant)

Far from the main attraction of Samui (chaweng) around 500thb to go there by Taxi. DO NOT book a taxi with the hotel because it's always more expensive with them.

Good in terms of space and location. Quiet. Pool was nice. Needs some maintenance to cement some tiles back in to the pool floor. Breakfast was great.

Not much in the way of facilities. Villa could do with better privacy. The curtains were a pain in having to pull down over the door especially at night. The bushes could either do with a wall or thickening up to make it more private.

Clean and beautiful hotel, not very large but not too small. Nice sea-view from the rooms. Hotel is placed far enough from Lamai center to keep you away from noise and vanity. The hotel staff is responsive and attentive.
