  The second you come in, the owner is there to greet you and check you in. He's Scandinavian, his english is perfect and speaks Thai impeccably. You can tell that he cares about the facility and the way it is maintained and ran by the cleanliness and the quality of service. The place is an incredible deal for what you get. The bungalows are spaciou... vad folk säger » s, immaculate and modern. The breakfast is plenty generous as you order form a menu and is free of charge. The staff is friendly and the pool is amazi - The staff is very nice and kind. The boss was well-prepared for every customer, even can call their name when check in which made us very warm and felt at home. The environment within the resort is also nice and make us feel comfortable. The room is very clean and bright with several windows. It is quiet and European style.

  Vast, beautifully designed territory, a pleasure to walk around and discover new sights every day. It never felt crowded around.Our room, outlooking pool and the sea, was on the ground floor, so in the morning we went for a swim straight from bed (sliding window worked as a door). Both the room and the territory are in neat condition. Helpful staff at receptio - I Liked almost everything in the hotel: friendly staff, magic views, exotic plants, butterflies, monkeys etc, large area, swimming pools, breakfasts, sunset views, cleaned rooms, nice design... But some things I recommend to change: WiFi in the rooms, private beach is good, but it's better to use the possibility to go to Kai Bae via the beach (only 15 minutes, but the last step near the hotel is awful) and shuttle bus 4 times a day is too rare). And I hope spa is renovated)

  The best I liked in Thailand is Koh Chang and it's due to Garden Resort as well. I looked through about 100 Chang's hotels on letsbookhotel.com and there wasn't a moment I regretted about my choise. Spacious, clean and comfortable bungalow, various breakfasts - both European and Thai food, great dining area and natural environment. There is everything you need in his kingdom - wonderfu - Really big and comfy bungalow with a great double bed and a big bathroom including a beautiful open shower with walls in black stone. Cleaning was good and high standard resort in general. Good and clean swimming pool. Good breakfast. Owner readily available and nice to deal with. He was really helpful by letting us stay a couple of hours beyond normal check out time. Location is good near some beautiful beaches.

  The resort is a little diffrent in a good way. It's bacically partly in the jungle (with monkeys) and partly buy the sea. The bungalows and rooms are big and spacious. Nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful and the food was better than average. If you want party beaches then it's definitely not convenient enough going back and forth at night. The architecture is wonderful, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful.

  Beautiful, cozy place, bungalows are new, big and clean. Personnel is very nice, polite, caring and helpful. We felt like at home there. The beach is gorgeous, very close to bungalows. The hotel is away from other tourist places and the road, which makes it tranquil and ecological. The are some more places where you can eat around the hotel at the beach. I would - A place of calm and quiet - very unlike the rest of low cost Thailand. The rooms are fantastic, and the pool area and the close access to beach make for a very relaxing stay. Easy access down the local beach to regular Thailand facilities keeps the place in touch with its surroundings and adds variety to the stay.

  Fantastic setting and location for a relaxing break. We came here after several nights in the city of Chiang Mai so it was a welcome change. The setting amongst the trees is very nicely done, the hammocks, swings and lighting by the beach is a nice touch too. Rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. The beach, though not as picture perfect as o... vad folk säger » thers, is only shared by about 4 other resorts. As we were here during low season, we essentially had the beach all to ourselves! Great views too. - We adored the understated yet luxurious beauty. The privacy of our lovely villas and plunge pool, yet proximity to excitement on Koh Chang Island was a perfect combination. The staff were always responsive and welcoming and the ambience was beautiful. Nok the massage therapist was highly skilled in all types of massage therapy, especially accu- pressure. We had 6 different spa treatments, all wonderful.

  The location just across the road from the beach was fine and the beach was pleasant with chairs for rent under a shade tree and shallow clear water far ouy into the sea eg Hich was great for the kids to play in. They booked an elephant camp for us one morning and the housekeeping and front desk staff were quick to respond to requests- - At first I booked a Seaside room, there are two separate buildings for the Alina. The seaside rooms are older then there newer building which is not ocean side however I like these rooms more. The rooms in the newer building are larger and brighter which I found to be more comfortable. The swimming pool is beautiful and if you are concerned about the night club music just ask for a room on the opposite side of the building and you will sleep just fine.

  We stayed in big a family room that was located on top of a hill. The climb up was a bit hard because we had big heavy bags, but the view was breathtaking.   Nice big comfortable rooms with good facilities and pool. Good wifi to. Good location and great basic breakfast. - It's very good for the price. Beach and dining places are very near, plus a nice pool.
