We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Also, just a short ride in taxi or tuk tuk to Kata or Karon shops and lots of restauran

Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

servicen var fantastisk ,villan var över förväntningarna .maten var god .att få tilllagad frukost, när man vill, och vad man ville ha. i villan var LYX - känslan av lyx, att det var rent och snyggt och att det kändes oerhört bekvämt!

Staff: Very friendly. Had trouble with the safe deposit box twice, and they were prompt with the assistance. Check-in and out was reasonably prompt. Myself and my husband stayed in a Private Pool Villa which was fantastic, huge bed and plenty of space throughout. The resort is stunning and well maintained. We really enjoyed the attention given to visitors by all members of staff, all staff were curteous and willing to do anything they were asked, we were so lucky to be at the resort during the Loy Krathong Festival which we really enjoyed, such effort and hard work were put into the festitivities and getting the hotel decorated to which a

The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. Loved how big

This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
