  Have stayed here four times now and has never disappointed.Sure the place looks a little tired but overall great value for money.Pool and spa a great spot to chill in the arvo and always duper clean.No pool bar but who cares as your room is only meters away. - the staff are so friendly, great location close to the beach and resturants.   A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  1. Place. Kata Beach is 10-minutes walking (with small children) far away the hotel. Kata Noi Beach is better, but further - we get it only by bike for 5 minutes. Restaurants, mini-shops, massage are near the hotel. 2. Staff is very friendly. We lived in room and in bungalow. Bungalow is enough comfortable, but we are not choosy. Towels, bed-linen... vad folk säger » are white and clean, are changed every day. There is a big balcony (only in bungalow) with chairs and table, clothes-horse. Breakfast is standard fo - It was very cozy, with nice grounds and neat rooms. The beach is pretty close, as are quite a few restaurants for those who want to try something new. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.

  This is a great hotel in a great location. Located in Kata Beach with great staff, a good swimming pool and a good restaurant. I would definitely go back. - I loved the layout of the hotel and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of using it

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beach towels provided and free WIFI. The breakfast buffet catered for all.   The location, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and all the different restaurants in Kata. The wifi signal was great, liked it so much I even extended my stay here - I have stayed here many times before and like the value,location,friendliness of staff and cleanliness.
