Although it is only three star, everything is absolutely brand new. The size of the shower room is amazing. We has a room which led right onto the pool. The owners really enjoy their work. They are so friendly and helpful, as are all the staff. I found it hard to believe what others had said about and how high they had rated it, but yes it just a

good times resort is the best and most charming place we've been during our whole thailand trip:) the whole staff (especially the female boss) is friendly and offer u help eveytime u need it (daytrips,transfers,...) affordable hotelfood is tasty, rooms and pool are clean and the almost finished terrace next to river will be a romantic place to have dinner. river kwai bridge is just 2 km away. all in all the resort is well-groomed and absolutely worth for money u pay!!we would like to come back

The location within walking distance to the river Kwai bridge is ideal.
This hotel is great for relaxation, the garden and restaurant provide amazing views on the river and the bridge. I felt myself coming back to life just sitting at the breakfast table! I loved the serenity and peace of the place.

Arriving at the hotel makes you feel like entering a small paradise. A beautiful garden with swimmingpool, th terrace overlooking the river Kwai and you good actually see the famous bridge over the river Kwai. When we arrived a staff member came to the car with nice cool and refreshing towels to welcome us. The Staff were friendly. Very accommodating to requests. Even though it's a little far from the happening streets, they had a motor-bike that I could hire for a very reasonable price for the day. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its facilities. Was a short drive from the town but ok. Only real complaint was the price of beer but we were on holiday so only a minor issue. -
The design of the hotel is excellent. The grounds are lovely. The pool and facilities are also very good. Breakfast is very good.

Nice little place near local people, not in the 'tourist part of city'. It is about 2 minutes walk from bus station.
Room was simple and clean, no AC, just fan. Shower was only cold.
I think it is ideal place for backpacker and traveler not interested in disco and bars. I would really recomend it.

All staff were friendly and spoke really good English. Judy the owner is
very knowledgeable and helpful. She tells the truth about local tours
and won't book you onto something unsuitable.
Very well equipped, kettle in rooms, pool really good to cool down in, nice gardens.
Free breakfast is one of the better one's we've had in Asia, good sized tea

Beautiful garden a lot of green everywhere. Sounds of nature (birds, frogs, etc.). Very helpfull and friendly staff. Good food. If you travel from Bangkok by bus it is good to ask about transport from bus terminal. As always in Thailand Taxi drivers say 200bath - but it should cost max 80-100bath. It is better to choose a shared minivan from Bangkok it cost 150bath from khao san direct to hotel.
If you prefer relax and nature it is a perfect and afordable place in Kachanburi.

Hotel is new (still there are areas in building) - official phase is soft-opening - so room seemed to be absolutely fresh (I feel like first customer).
Place are extremely quiet, rooms are located in way to keep privacy.
Rooms are really nice, big and beautiful.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place for budget travellers. Our clean and spacious Thai-style bungalow completely met our expectations.
Large variety of food and always prompt service. Stuff was friendly enough in their own way. Restaurant recommendations, immediate taxi service and tour desk, offering several different trips. But if you intend to see/feed/swim with some elephants, we suggest to contact elephant's world instead for an unforgettable day.
