Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home.
