  Early check in was no problem. The apartment was spacious and well equipped (although children had to share double bed in 2nd bedroom). The hotel is not very far from town and we had no difficulty getting shuttle into the night bazarre when required. Being slightly out of city was good as you didn't really hear traffic but more village type sound... vad folk säger » s (yes roosters in the morning), but that is the real Thailand! Nice pool and was always quiet when we used it. Buffet breakfast had nice local food d - My wife and I have just enjoyed a six night stay at the Grand Napat and was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and their English is very good. The hotel is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute walk to the old city or a tuk tuk ride for approximately 80baht. There is a shuttle service into the old city that the hotel provide every night which is very useful. The swimming pool is a

  The hotel is small and boutique but has everything you need. the pool is smaller than other hotels but its fine for cooling off and a quick swim. There are not too many rooms in the hotel so there are never many people at the pool and there are always chairs and loungers available. the hotel itself is very quiet and the surroundings are quiet. the... vad folk säger » rooms are perfect, roomy, air conditioned, most have a balcony onto the pool. The rooms and toilets are done in an old style, I think it must be an o - Definitly loved it! The hotel it self has a vintage charm. Staffs were probably one the nicest we've never met. My mom had a little accident so they arranged us to the hospital, and they didnt even take the tip. We really appreciate the help! WIll definitly come back!!

  The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. There is a small gym which is outside but in the shade, and a pool. We stayed in the suite which had a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :) The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable.   Relaxing on the covered patio, whether after breakfast or during a warm afternoon respite, is superb. While the property's pace may be Thai leisurely, the attention to detail is not. Creative breakfasts; great coffee. Walking the grounds allows one to discover crafts, statues and other art objects integrated into the environment. And, - A very relaxing and well designed Thai style garden which has four houses. The whole garden is full with green, birds, flowers. Several open air relaxing areas enable you to sit down and talk with others. I had a very joyful and relaxing stay at Santitham guest house. The housekeeping lady makes the room and bathroom very clean and with a good smell. Very cute and friendly dog and cat add more. Really didn't want to leave after 5 days stay.
