  Well located within easy walk of Restaurants, bars & markets. Close to airport; taxi only 120 Baht. Good Tour information, nice Coffee lounge with helpful staff. The pool was small incorporating a toddlers pool. It was always clean, although the pool furniture & feature wall require urgent attention.   Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  Staff were fantastic. One night I was struggling to sleep as the family nextdoor were extremely noisy (babies crying, TV very loud, doors slamming etc). The hotel staff were incredibly sympathetic and even offered to move me to another floor. I was impressed by how well they managed this.
