I love everything about this place! Their lobby is so colorful and very warm. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room is new and clean. They are new but very professional. The location is more than perfect, in the heart of Chaweng. Just few steps away to the beach and parties. No need to pay more for busy + noisy beachfront room.

Stuff very friendly and helpfull. Free wifi but not stable. In my room I had no chance to get wifi. Coffee at reception all time and free. Nice rooms with good AC and wide windows and balcony. I loved that hotel next to Paradise for men. 10 minute walk to the beach. -

We got a very nice surprise when we arrived!(roses and flowers in the room and on the bed for our honeymoon)
We had some problem in the bungalow, but when we told to the reception they gave us a nice room in the building for no extra charge!

On arriving the 'Superior Bungalow' was not superior as in the pics on letsbookhotel.com website, we had particularly wanted a bathtub for the last week of our holiday and there was no tub in the bungalow we were given. Went to reception and they explained we had booked 'Standard' although pics and our booking said 'Superior'. After a little consideration we were given free upgrade into the hotel, great rooms with balcony and bathtub. Full marks to the hotel management for their handling of thi
