  Nice hotel with well-sized rooms (both 2BR appartment and 1BR appartment), very comfortable beds and excellent in-room facilities. Location is little bit far from Sukhumvit (for walking), but still OK. There is also a free tuk-tuk service to Emporium, provided by the hotel, but I didn't use it. P.S. excellent water pressure in douche, which is often an issue in Bangkok hotels. - We love the beds, definitely the most comfortable I have slept in. The hotel is a bit out of the way from main shopping and restaurants, however its only a short tuk tuk away. We would recommend that you walk away from town about a 5 minute walk away is Flow house surfing (look for the Maverick Sports Bar) It is great fun and food there is great too. All in all our stay there was great and would definitely go back there on our next visit to Bangkok

  I stay in this hotel almostevery time I have to be in Bangkok. The few times I went to another hotel never matched mt stay in Citadines 23. I really like the "serviced apartments" concept. I hardly ever go out for dinner to a restaurant: I just go to he food court of nearby Terminal 21 and pick up a nice meal for next to nothing (150 baht will fee... vad folk säger » d you like a king). - Pretty nice for the money, location close to subway and monorail. Pool on roof great, room and facilities quite good. Very clean and fully eqpted kitchen. I am back here today for the second time after a visit to Cambodia, they were happy to store my luggage. All in all very nice place

  We love the clean and homely layout of the rooms, conveniently near to Bumrungrad Hospital, so much to see along the side walk and near to Nana station too. "Thank you" to the friendly and patient Staff who make our stay a pleasent one. - clean and modern. room well appointed and good design. I will return there.

  Everything just superb. I would go back to this apartment again whenever I have my vacation in Bangkok. Every stuffs work in this apartment including the security guard, receptionists and also the manager are all very helpful and friendly. They provided us BTS map and clear our doubts as we are first time stepped into this place - Bangkok.   Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Decent cafe next door and a supermarket which is just 2 mins walk. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped for basic cooking.

  Good location, five minutes of walk to sky train and 15 minutes of walk to subway. Hotel is situated in modern part of Bangkok with new buildings, shops and great night life. Suites are very spacious with a completely new furniture. It is also very clean there. The best thing there, was a rooftop pool with hot water and Bangkok panorama view. We had a Grand Suite for five nights for less than £400 (gbp) with breakfast included. The rooftop pool and bar were great, and the drinks always seemed to be on 2 for 1 during our stay (even bottles of wine!). The area is full of bars and restaurants, and some decent ones at that, all at reasonable prices. It is very close to the skytrain station.

  Great little hotel with beautiful gardens. We have chosen it because of its location. It is 15 minutes away from Grand Palace and Wat Po and it is opposite Wat Rachabophit which was a bonus.
