The service at Peninsula BKK is outstanding in every respect.
The rooms spacious and luxurious. If you Re lucky enough to get a corner room the views of the river and BKK are wonderful. Swimming pool area is tranquil and magnificent. -

What can I say about Okura Hotel it is perfect in everything.. its comfortable place & high quality in service & luxury living plus the location is amazing. The reception & concierge staff very helpful.

It was our second stay. It is a well managed 5 star facility with ample space both in the room as well as in the public areas. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Best location to stay in Bangkok. Connected directly to Paragon Shopping Mall ~ the biggest and best in the city. Also direct access to the Skytrain. A highly recommended hotel!

For what it's worth few of No. 3 Apply
It is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel but there is no Beach, I would have trouble finding a back packer... It is close to the shops, and although I did not get a chance to experience the Spa/Relaxation faciitiees I have no doubt they would be up to par - Show me nature and wild life in that region of yhe city and I will be impressed....

The staff was great. Speaks very good English. Not just the fromt desk does, also the waitress and the doorman. Room was great. Food was great. Everything there was awesome. Is one of the best hotel I ever stay in. It's even better than some very famous 5-stars hotel. The location was ok. The distance to the BTS station was ok. But the safty was awesome. This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -
