  Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a family allowed early checkin. Restaurant offers very good food - both buffet breakfast and alacarte with quality Thia and western food. - very helpfull staff, specialy Shanida (front desk) and Ing (guest relation)

  As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. Excellent swimming pool and convenient for transport systems

  Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room size is big, comfortable and clean. Baby cot was provided. Location is convenient to shopping area within 10mins walk. - good service,located in city central area,convenient to airport. but one time I ask room dining,the room service people didn't send this message soon.

Free wifi for all room is another important feature. this hotel is good for business as well as leisure. The room was big, modern and nicely decorated (attention to details). The food in the hotel restaurant was tasty and at very reasonable prices.   It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time.   Great comfy rooms. Separate shower and bath. Some good city views. Pool is great as indoors incase of rainbow but with sunbathing area. Gym adequate.
