  We stayed in a banmai- a little lodge tucked between the trees behind the main hotel. Surroundings were stunning and the room was lovely. Really impressed with how beautiful it was given the good price. Really toclose everything but far enough away for peace, and excellent service from staff. 9 out of 10. - The staff were friendly and good.   Phu Pi Maan is a little bit hidden, which is good. A lot of trees around make this place peaceful, beautiful and tranquil. It's not far away from main road, shops restaurants and other attractions. It's about 20 minutes walk from Ao Nang beach, and if you don't like walking just let know at the reception, they will take you by their shuttle servic... vad folk säger » e. Give them a call and they take you back. The staff is really nice and helpful. We hadn't any language problem with them. We were welcomed with drin - I cannot say enough about how much we loved our time at this hotel! The staff was AMAZING. Everyone was falling over themselves to be helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff was warm and incredibly helpful with scheduling tours, suggesting restaurants, etc.. The hotel itself is so beautiful. An oasis from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. I wasn't sure about not having a beachfront hotel, but the grounds were so beautiful I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

  Location, great helpful and friendly staff. Put us up even though reservation through letsbookhotel.com had failed to pick up on the fact that they didn't have any free rooms for the duration!   Beautiful hotel, nicely nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Rooms are spotless and impossible to find fault with. The pool is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and forthcoming.   This was a fantastic location, right on the beach front. Eating breakfast with a view of the islands and passing longtail boats gettign ready for their days work. Close to the shops and some excellent restaurants at very reasonable prices. Very helpful tour organiser and close to treakking, snorkelling and the islands.   Very nice hotel, good location, near to restaurant, pharmacy, tour agency and market. If u want to go krabi town area, There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. - It's in a perfect location near by the sea and market with quite environment. The staff very nice to tourist's and it's price is reasonable for staying.

  Spectacular setting in a lush tropical garden, air filled with butterflies and sounds of nature, and the view: towering limestone cliffs that Thailand's landscapes are famous for. The resort is a serene spot 15 min stroll from the sea, but guests are provided with free ride to the beach. Location is ok but on the edge of town. The beach is a good 20 minute walk away, but the bars and restaurants only 5 minutes. The 15 minutes in between are a bewildering mix of places to eat and drink, stalls selling all sorts and some wonderful road side bbq's

  Had a weekend getaway to Krabi with my girlfriend on May 2013. We stayed at Holiday Inn for 3 nights and the service was excellent! On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free! However, it came to my surp - We stayed for 5nights in August. We've been on our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. They use wood on the shower, which obviously hard to keep clean. Every afternoon it was a terrible smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, environment was lovely, pool and the area is excellent. The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!
