The hotel is very close to the lake, and to the railway station (but not rail-noisy). As it was raining, we took a direct train to Schwytz to visit the museums. The hotel is lovely. Convenient parking. A lot to do in this most stunning area. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The nice view on the lake and on the mountains around. The immediate surroundings on the shores of lake Uri are stunning with some wonderful views of the mountains. The staff were helpful and the food served in the restaurant was outstanding if a little expensive although not for Switzerland. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
