The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

Allt var fantastiskt bra. Man känner sig välkommen. Rival är lyxigt och snyggt utan att vara stelt och pretentiöst. Mest imponerande är att här har man verkligen tänkt på alla detaljer. We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant.
We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. Our rooms were very modern in design, clean and in the room I stay

Being at the coutryside in the center of Stockholm was amazing.
You have to walk to arrive to the Palace? You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops?
Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking.
If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.
Breakfast was plentyful and the restaurant serves very tasty dishes.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Skylight. Comfortable bed - slept well.
It takes only a few minutes to walk over the bridge to or from flight buses that run frequently.
Shops and restaurants nearby.
Based on some reviews I expected more cramped conditions and steeper stairs ...I´m oldish and roundish and encountered no problems whatsoever.

Excellent location just off Stureplan allowing access to great shopping, and all the parts of the city that one would like to explore. The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. Nattportieren var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam! Rummet var fräscht, trevligt och sängen perfekt för mig. Frukosten var också god, fräsch med lagom stort urval. - Allt var bra. Att ni hade rejäla juiceglas till frukosten istället för de ynkligt små som annars är vanligt uppskattas av oss som inte dricker kaffe.
