  Jätte trevligt bemötande av hotellpersonalen , de var oerhört tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Det var oerhört bra service gällande allt.Rummet var helt fantastisk - Allt var bra, vänlig personal. Vad vi speciellt uppskattade var förtroendet hotellet visar sina gäster, vilket skapar en god atmosfär

  The staff is very helpfull , the breakfast has a big variety of food. The parking is free and available anytime.   Staff was always very helpful and available. Restaurant was good for dinner and became a good option at good prices. Room was small but comfortable and the extra room with the sofa bed for our son was very convenient. Internet was surprisingly good in the room with excellent speed and for free. Easy to get there, the room was nice and clean, very good breakfast, parking was free and safe (garage), very pleasant staff, easy to go in the city centre (10 min. with the train), so I recomand this hotel. My daughter really liked it. - Simply 5 stars service in 3 stars budget. Staff is very well trained to give you the feel of home. Special thanks to Ana and Emily...the smile of Ana can be a great start of your day. Emily will always go to the extra mile helping you! From now on every where I go I will look for Ibis Hotels first!

  Närheten till Arlanda när man ska åka med tidiga flyg. Härlig frukost. Bra att den öppnar tidigt. Trevlig, vänlig personal. Kände oss välkomna redan i receptionen. - Att man fixade rum åt oss trots att bokningen inte hade fungerat och att man gav oss kompensation för detta

  Comfortable beds, coffee & Tea making facilities, wonderful smiling staff in reception and spacious rooms. We got a good rate including breakfast. The Ski park is just ten minutes away. By Public transport from Central Station take any of the Green Line t17/t18/t19 change to Tram Grey Line l22 and get down at Sickla Kaj. And special thing, they offer free bicycles upto 4 days for guests. Nearby the hotel there is are coop and Lidl supermakets and burger shops.

  We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. We were offered a discounted dish/glas of wine and walked away satisfied. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.
