  I truly enjoyed my stay at the Scandic Grand Central Hotel. Great location, very clean room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Staff were very understanding and accommodating as they met my request of having a room on the first floor as I don't take elevators. Fast Wi-Fi connection with very easy access.   The location is off the hook. Just behind Sergerls Torg. The organic breakfest was good and big, there was also something to eat for people who can't eat normal bread/milk (lactose-free, glutein free) and that was excellent. The bath was great! - The location, only 5-10minutes walk to the royral palace, and to hop on, hop off boat, walking distance to the old town, quiet area, nice staff, room space (double) is quite big, compared with other hotel. if you just want to go to the Skansen park, Vasa, old town, city hall and royral palace, then you don't need to buy the ticket for train, just hop on hop off boat is enough!

  nice hotel for a short stay. traveled with two friends and booked quadruple room for two nights. hotel is right in the center, we walked about 10 min from the station. we arrived late so it was very convenient with the code. the room was clean, with a kettle, fridge and microwave, all was well functioning. the bathroom is small, but manageable, so... vad folk säger » ap and toilet paper were on place, as well as clean towels and bed linen, hangers, tea, coffee and cups. it's good place if you just need to sleep and - This was a fantastic hotel room. By European standards the room was large with a separate shower stall that wasn't over the toilet. The television has a large screen with English channels. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Stockholm central station. Great value. I booked several months in advance and got a great rate. When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue.
