  Great location with a superb view over one of the cities emblematic features (Gamla Stan). All the other main points of interest are within seconds distance. The accomodation is 5 star.   Fantastic location! Next door to Royal Palace, plus Gamla Stan is sightseeing object itself, so you can easily kill a day or half-a-day just wandering there. It is a budget accommodation of course, but it perfectly satisfies your basic needs - rooms are clean and comfortable, showers are decent, well equipped kitchens and nice light breakfast. Guests of all types make a really fun mixture, hostel is busy but not too noisy. - The atmosphere was really calm and friendly, informal yet absolutely non-intruding, creating instant "at-home" feeling. I had a single room with an openable window facing a narrow old town street and one of the walls revealing historic building bricks. Cozy and simple.   Residence Perseus was clean, airy, well appointed and absolutely central to the Gamla Stan area of Stockholm, yet away from the tourist frenzy of tours and souvenir shops. It looked onto a small park which gave a sense of spaciousness. Management, mainly contactable through mobile phone or email was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend - location - in charming old world section with narrow cobblestone street.   Friendly staff!! Good vallue for money, the kitchen is very usefull (can prepare your own meals, free coffee and tea) and its in the middle of stockholm centre (gamla stan) very quiet. Also this was our second booking at 2kroner because we enjoyed the hostel so much - The personel was the best thing going for this hostel. While you do 'share a room' and the bathrooms with others, there's a huge room divided into smaller bedrooms for individual travelers, with glass walls and curtains and a special key code to get into your individual room. I guess I'd call it sort of a hotel/hostel hybrid. It's a neat place to stay, and in my opinion wort - This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'.   I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice.
