  The hotel is situated in the very heart of Stockholm Old Town which provides an opportunity to dive into the atmosphere and the charm of the XVII - XVIII centuries. The room was equiped with a little kitchen with an electric kettle, so that before we headed for another destination in Sweden we had managed to fill our thermos with coffee. She was very hospitable and on our request she prepared the cookies (famous swedish kanelbullar - Charming room, secluded and in a brilliantly central location in the old town - yet out of the way. Peaceful and tranquil. The breakfasts were delicious and a real feast caterimg for all tastes. The staff were friendly and we also apprecxoated being left to our own devices.

  I liked the perfect location in the heart of Stockholm. Because some areas are shared a connection, even if brief happens easily, with other guests which is quite nice. Generosity: free coffee, tea and pasta (you cook it yourself). Computer for Internet and cityguidance. You have a fully equipped kitchen you can use. Nobel Museum and Storakyrkan are both across the street. I spent my first four nights in Stockholm in Sodermalm, paying more for a bed in a four-bed room than I did for a bed in a nine-bed room in Gamla Stan.

  Beautiful position, with a beautiful view (although non immediately visible). Feels like being in Paris, in the 1920s... The staff is very experienced and friendly; I had to postpone my arrival up to 14 hours and didn't have the chance to send an email to warn the staff; when I arrived I found a note with my keys and bed linen and towel waiting f... vad folk säger » or me...   Residence Perseus was clean, airy, well appointed and absolutely central to the Gamla Stan area of Stockholm, yet away from the tourist frenzy of tours and souvenir shops. It looked onto a small park which gave a sense of spaciousness. Management, mainly contactable through mobile phone or email was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend - location - in charming old world section with narrow cobblestone street. Lots of restaurants and shopping as well as museums and palaces to visit within walking distance. Ideal for us, complete with kitchen which was useful for breakfast and snacks.

While you do 'share a room' and the bathrooms with others, there's a huge room divided into smaller bedrooms for individual travelers, with glass walls and curtains and a special key code to get into your individual room. I guess I'd call it sort of a hotel/hostel hybrid. It's a neat place to stay, and in my opinion wort - This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. For those who do not like walking though, the Gamla Stan station is only 3' walk from the Old Town Lodge. I would definitely recommend it and if I ever go back I would s
