  The hotel is located on the plaza in the middle of old town Kalmar where plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Because there is no A/C it can be a little noisy at night with the windows open but they provide ear plugs. Fans are provided as well. Try to get a room off the plaza if you want to reduce the noise level. Be... vad folk säger » ds are comfortable and duvets snuggly. The breakfast is wonderful! Eggs and bacon are outstanding, and cold buffet very complete. Great coffee, too - Oh where to begin!! This was the MOST AMAZING 2 night stay!!! The room was very charming, the staff was wonderful and helpful!! The breakfast was very very good. All around this a truly charming place to stay!! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for charm, grace and character!!
