Forget high-rise hotels and noisy nightclubs, Apartamentos Formentera is found on the smallest and least-known of the beautiful Balearic Islands. The jewel in Formentera’s crown is its unspoiled coastline and you can step out of the door and onto the sandy Es Pujols Beach in only 2 minutes. Those who prefer to take a dip in the pool rather than the sea are in luck as the apartments have access to a shared swimming pool. You’ve also got a private balcony where you can make the most of the Mediterranean weather with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Taking a look inside the apartments you’ll see a simply decorated living room with a dining table and 2 sofa beds, sleeping 1 person each. If you’re feeling peckish after a long day’s relaxation, there is a kitchenette with a hob, fridge and kitchenware for you to make snacks or simple meals. You don’t have far to go in search of places to eat and drink, in fact you’ve got several bars and restaurants on the very same street as your apartment. Es Pujol’s seafront promenade is a great place to head of an evening too, for dinner or drinks with the sea for a backdrop. The secret as to why Formentera is so quiet compared to its Balearic cousins is its lack of an airport. You get to the island by boat into La Savina Harbour, just a 10-minute drive from the apartments.
