Cleanliness which has to be a must when everything is white. Very pleasant, well equipped and calm room.
The hotel is clean (everything white and with mirrors). Good location. Just few minutes from Placa Catalunya. Breakfast is good but not very diverse. Really friendly and good staff.

The junior suite is impressive, excelent bed, a hole box of nice and varied amenities by Bulgari, great taste in decoration, extensive choice at the minibar.
I forgot my golden chain and cross in sauna and staff didn't help me.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to main area of Barcelona but fairly quite outside of the hotel.

Location and staff
This is a very trendy boutique hotel. You will love your stay. The amenities were great and the room was quiet.
The hair dryer was heavy and was not powerful enough. The room showed a little wear like scuff marks on their white floors. But don't let this deter you, you will love it here.
Rooms are very well equipped and stylish and clean. Bed was very comfy and the pillows were huge. Staff were very friendly and helpful and keen to recommend places to eat etc.
Pool was freezing but then it is October. We would have liked a drink on the pool terrace as it was nice weather (25 degrees) but were told we weren't allowed drinks on the terrace which was a bit of a shame.

Everything was excellent. Location is perfect. Hotel's design is marvelous I've ever seen. Staff is friendly. The famous fish restaurant is near the hotel.

Great hotel. Good location. Close to the city center. There are metro and railway station nearby. The design is realy great!! Staff is very nice and provide good service.
It was a problem with curtains. But they promise to fix it after my visit. The housekeeping didn't clean the balcony

Hotel is soundproof from noises coming from outside the room, but bath and toilet were not soundproof for other person in the room
Great room at front and no noise of the street. Nice design, lot of mirrors of course, clean, great lightning. Separate toilet with TV ?! Good service front-desk. Good location for the upmarket shops.

The size of the room, the huge comfortable bed , the cleanliness of the hotel, the roof pool and terrace.
Would of been nice to have a kettle in the room,the toilet in the basement was not as clean as the rest of the hotel .the cover for the shade on the roof you had to go all the way down 9 floors to ask a staff member to come and doit for you same with the sauna ask to turn on 30 mins before use.

I LOVED the bed! The room is soundproof so it was very convenient lol. Loved the tv in the bathroom. Room is very stylish, comfy, the couch is huge and soft. The bed was really comfy and big. Slept like a baby.

- The hotel was a very easy walk from a major metro station. - Helpful staff changed our room when we requested one with a bathtub - Interesting elevators and room decor with lots of mirrors all over the place
- The bathtub opened into the room so it would mess up the room when you got out (and obv freeze as the AC in the room would be on) - Going to the toilet in the night/early morning would be a nuance as the lights would wake up the other person sleeping. The door to the toilet was frosted glass but it would light up the entire room. - No kettle to make your own tea or coffee (expected at a hotel this level) - No english channels on the TV
1) The decoration and style are uniqe 2) the bathroom and showers are nice
1) the staff was very disapointing. we asked for directions to get to the airport by train. they ended up giving us completly wrong directions, which led us to spend much money and waste a lot of time. 2) you cannot control the room temprature, you have to call the reception in order to make changes.
An interesting ultra-modern design. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and the staff were courteous.
For the price, the location wasn't that great - a few blocks from main streets, shopping and metro. There are nicer hotels (and cheaper) that are closer to all three. More importantly, the clean white colour scheme has not been maintained - floors were scratched and stained, and the room fixtures showed signifcant wear.
Nice hotel with walking distance to major atractions at Barcelona city center. Really quet district.

Location - second room was quite spacious.
Sheets were dirty on arrival had blood spots on. Had to move rooms, the first room had the toilet virtually at the foot of the bed. No relaxing bar area - features quite basic to chill out in.
