  we really enjoyed our stay and were spoilt on the 26th which was our 40th wedding anniversary--unasked for but a lovely surprise. staff really helpful, friendly, pleasant and not "in your face".food at breakfast was good, the comp newspaper a welcome treat and the dinners in Fiamma were very enjoyable an altogether good long weekend and even got ... vad folk säger » to enjoy a really good natal storm - The Staff is friendly and very professional! The service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere.... I would definately book at the hotel again as well as refer people to book there.... All the staff members are friendly.... such a pleasure to receive such professional service in our country still!!! Keep up the good service☺

  I loved the design. The room was beautiful. Clean. Huge pillows. Amazing shower. Young. Trendy. Quirky. Modern. All the elements combined provided an enjoyable stay. Dstv full bouquet provided, which was cool as well. Mini bar was pretty neat. The little courtyard which the room opened up to was superb. The pro's definetly outway the cons. I enjoyed my stay fully. - It's very classy for a B&B!!! the rooms are very tasteful, the service is amazing and Jo is just a darling!! She offered to get me a shuttle at the fraction of the price of a taxi and would also call for me a cab whenever i needed to move around. Then the breakfast....its a simple breakfast but they've done it in a very artistic way and it tastes yummy too!! Generally i looooved staying at the concierge...

  A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time... vad folk säger » to assist. Great hotel, will be visiting there soon again. Keep it up guys! - Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.
