  The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent!   We only arrived at the resort at 7pm on date of arrival and we were very tired as we had done Sani Pass before arriving. Our check in was not very welcoming but the staff at the tavern welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. They understood that we were tired and hungry and saw to us quickly. That was exceptional service. It was relax... vad folk säger » ing and pleasing to know that the children were being entertained whilst we were either relaxing by the pool side or during the hikes. We loved going - The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us and tend to our needs. The facilities were awesome and met our expectations. The resort was easy to find and the security as well as staff made the check in and check out very comfortable and easy.

  We enjoyed our stay immensly. The view is breath taking, the resort caters for all your needs and there is really no need to venture out except if you want too. There is a myriad of activities, catering for all preferences. The staff is helpful and friendly, the catering and variety of options excellent.   We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants... The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented.
