  The owner and staff made us feel very welcome. We found the rooms very comfortable and cosy and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was well presented with a wide selection for all tastes and of very good quality. We were made especially welcome, "the cottage" was very very comfortable with lovely personal touches. Much nicer than staying in an impersonal hotel.

  I intentionally left all the scores at Excellent because that was exactly my experience of this place. I felt at home, yet private enough to go about as I wanted. I like the area - it is safe and very quiet. And even though it may look a bit far from everything else in PE, it really only takes you just over 10 minutes to get anywhere.   We only stayed for one night but the facilities, staff and cleanliness of the room were good. We had a lovely view of the beach and a comfortable stay.
