  The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. A very pleasant place to stay, only a quick taxi ride (or reasonable walking distance if so desired) of the V&A waterfront.   I have stayed for over a month, and have extended my stay for two months more. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. clean facilities, comfortable beds, hot and clean showers and toilets, amazing chill out pool area, nice bar!!! Easy walk into town and waterfront! Peaceful and quiet surroundings, but literally a minute walk to bars and restaurants... vad folk säger » and shopping places. When I come back to SA I will be staying here again! - I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful :) The backpackers is located very well, very close to all amneties. I met great friends in my dorm, they were very considerate and great to hang with:) I will recommend the place to anyone visiting Cape Town. It was a great place and lovely vibe.

  The Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. At the time my husband fell ill and we couldn't go for breakfast, they were most kind to go and fetch us breakfast and bring it to our Room.   The staff who were amazingly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay in CapeTown was most enjoyable. We can't thank them enough.
