  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. The hosts are extremely helpful ... vad folk säger » with everything. We had a very late flight and could use all facilities in the house during that day. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

  We stayed in Cape Standard for 4 nights and had the perfect experience. David and his staff are amazing, very helpful and easy-going and made us feel very welcome. They assist you with everything and recommended really good places to eat where to locals go as well. Because the room, was not being used on our last day, they offered us to keep it until our plane left at night which was just great. Br - The outside courtyard is really lovely and peaceful.   I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B.   Very good price/quality. owner very nice, ready to help. very good breakfast - Nicely run with friendly owners. Very helpful and knowledgable about the local area. Rooms were very clean with the convenience of your own entrance to rooms to enable you to come and go as you please. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to a friend.

The rooms are clean, well-ventilated, have aircon, and are well laid out particular if you want to do some work.   The staff made us feel like we were at home as soon as we got there. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day.It was very clean and well kept. The internet worked just fine for us. It is a little hike from long street and the water fronts but taxis are cheap or be adventurus and take the mini buses that the local folks take ... vad folk säger » which we did that are great and very very cheap. It was hard to leave. - Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.
