  Heather and Lynn are great hosts and their staff all really nice. Villa Rosa is a beautiful old house in superb location in Seapoint, incl your view of the ocean from your balcony or veranda. It just took us 5min to walk to the bus stop and Hop on off. There are some really nice restaurants on Main street, too. Breakfasts are delicio - I loved everything about our stay at VillaRosa, it is close to everything that you can think of when visiting Cape Town, the likes of Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront (Roben Ireland), Camps bay and etc... I'm definetly going to stay at Villa Rosa on my next trip to Capte Town. My kids loved staying at Villa Rosa, they are super crazy about their stay. Thank you very much to all Villa Rosa Staff.

  I travel regularly over the last 20 years and this is the first time I experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler.   I liked the way staff go out of their way to help with relevant information. That made our stay a very comfortable one. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B. One thing though you should provide lemons for tea. - I loved the smell of the wood fire in the afternoons and evenings, the hot water bottle ... vad folk säger » in my bed and the comfort of the room. I loved the décor, it is very African-inspired and also has a beautiful farm house feel with the added luxuries.

  Highly recommended! Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home. The hosts are extremely helpful ... vad folk säger » with everything. We had a very late flight and could use all facilities in the house during that day. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay - Excellent location, easy to find and easy to park in front of the house. Great view from the balcony. Complimentary Nespresso coffee, tea, beer and wine. Confortable bed and clean room. Burt is very friendly and giving lot of advices on things to do. I'll come back definitely! - Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.
