It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself.   We arrived late at night from Jo'burg and were met at the airport with a delightful driver. Once at Arican Villa I knew we had found the perfect spot for us. On our travels abroad from the Washington dc area we have most enjoyed smaller hotels where you not only get to know the staff, but visitors from other countries. The proprietors are full of good information and very gracious about introducing guests to their lovely city.
