  Marco was very professional and polite. He made me feel welcomed, even offering free beers! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very fresh and high quality, like cage-free eggs. The ambiance and decor was exceptional. The location was not too far from most of the sights of interest to tourists. - Perfect stay for my recent business trip. Secure and easy access to come and go as I please and a perfect location for a early morning jog before a delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners, great room and lots of attention to detail. Also has a homely feel, instead of clinical hotel. Everything I needed and more. Thanks!

  Primi Oxford House was a gem of a find. Grest location, 15 min walk from Waterfront. What impressed me the most was the look and feel of the modern studio apartment like room I had. Mini kitchenette, very large and cleaned daily bathroom and large bed and living space. It felt like a home away from home. Walking distance from downtown, waterfront, sea point, restaurants along the summerset st, Cape Center mall, etc. Huge and comfortable room with kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. I even found a Laundromat 2 blocks from the hotel. If you drive plenty of parking on the street. Janet and David were very nice as well as the rest of the staff. The free Wi-Fi added more value to the price paid which in comparison to other big hotels is way less. Overall a great little hotel.

  The staff couldn't have been more helpful-they sincerely welcomed my wife and I, and catered to our every need with enthusiasm. Breakfast is awesome, with a wide choice and continuous replenishment, food is cooked on the spot, nothing pre-cooked here :).   The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. We will definitely recommend and will stay at Lawhill again on our next trip to SA. - The Lawhill Apartments far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Each bedroom had a very comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. We had more room than we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Cape Town, I would definitely try to stay here again.
