  We were allocated a ground floor room which I was not too happy with, after mentioning it to Nobu at reception she went out of her way to arrange another room and get it ready for us. She was very polite and professional, an asset to the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. - Beautiful antique furniture throughout. Just a place to stay to feel at home during a vaction or citytrip. Secure car parking for free. Safe place to stay. Near Waterfront Harbour & Mall.
