Everything - this was an exceptional guest house in every respect. The room was up to 5* hotel standards and the facilities superb. Newly built hotel and very modern and clean. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).
Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc).

My husband and I have enjoyed the two days. We had the room number 6 and an indescribable view of the sea. The hospitality and flexibility of Gail was just great and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. And we were able to watch whales in De Kelders - afterall a successful trip from Cape Town to Hermanus.
