With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. The design and re-use of an old building is such a clever idea and most pleasing to the eye. The chef at breakfast as well as supper and presentation was excellent. The venue is also very peaceful and quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the city", this is ideal.   We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants...
