The Hotel is close to the beach and the staff is welcoming especially the at the reception (Nozipho).
It is closer the beach,it has atms'it has shops closer.

The out look on the sea. And the frendly staff.

Nothing!. I didn't struggle when booking in.
The beds were missing legs and shower was not working.
Suggestion: Maintenance staff should check the rooms thoroughly and report to management.
The television signal was very poor , apart that everything were supa !!!.

windows needs to be fixed - rain pouring in.
I did not like the fact that while we were inide the apartment we were
inhaling smoke as if we were outside, we complained and were moved to
antother apartment after inhaling for the whole night.
Please do something about the kitchen. The stoves & the kettles need to be really clean.

the security who showed us the apartment on our arrival was very rude.
Cleaniness. no air conditioner.they did not change the linen and there were no bed spreads for the beds.
- Sheet short for the size of bed
- No double bed for parents
- Taxi stop on the front street
- Less frequent cleaning of lifts
- Missing louvers glass over the apartment door.
- Use of internal door and not solid door for entrance into the apartment.
- No water stop for bathroom basin.
Too much noise in the corridors, as early as 3am people singing and shouting. The worse was when two guys came in our room early in the morning to fix the TV plug.
Ventilation is not sufficient,it has no aircons,no dstv.

Lock on door very dodgy!. Rooms I'd not meet our expectations, not classic at all. Beds not comfortable and worse was appalled by the sheets, would not recommend. It at all. Worst of all, had to do. Our own dishes.

Constantly noisey, smells, rooms run down, bath in need of repair, keys don't work in doors. 2013 - Bunny ears on top of TV? Ina very dabgerous area.
Our apartment was dirty, the whole parking lot smells of urine. The lifts is patetic, waiting like a hour just to get our luggage to our apartment. Not a place that I would recomment.
There is a shortage of parking. So our vehicle was parked in when we checked out and it took over an hour before we could move our vehicle. The accomodation is mainly for students so is very noisy and throughout the night until about 04:00 the following morning there were noisy groups of people arriving which did not allow for a good night's sleep. The room was not clean the cleaner don't sweep under the bed the bedding is too old and they don't change it. The stove are old. TV not clear.
