The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool
since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms
were large and beautiful. The shower was the best I had since leaving
the States! Leon, the owner, let us in after arriving a full hour later
than allowed. We were anxious that we weren't going to have a place

We arrived in Cape Town and had no where to stay and 51 on Forrest Drive where efficient and made our booking quickly and timeously and we were never disturbed when we were there and the food was delicious!

Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

This is a brand new hotel - open for just 2 months. Its location is on the fringe of busy downtown Cape Town, and is thus safe and secure, and within easy walking distance from all the major attractions including the popular VandA waterfront, and it is minutes away from the Convention Center. The hotel was situated perfectly for enjoying city life, the beach and in close proximity to the sporting event we had entered. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. Also, there are several wonderful and affordable restaurants right across from the lodge!! -

Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area.
